"Excellence and professionalism. Chris and his team helped me during an earthquake emergency. He was always courteous, honest and prompt. Even though overwhelmed with post-earthquake emergency work in ChCh he always keep me informed as to when he would be able to work in my house. His skill and training as a builder is evident. When inevitably unforeseen difficulties arose with removing my chimney top down and repairing the roof he took full responsibility and rectified the situation as soon as he could. Even though he is great demand I have to wait for him to do further house repairs because I won’t consider hiring anyone else. "
